A recent study shows that millennials are increasingly involved in the buying and selling of real estate, and are doing it their own way. Statistics suggest that this younger generation does the majority of their shopping online, using tools like tablets and cell phones, and simple and intuitive searching platforms. The graphic to the left explains the impact of this maturing demographic. (Figure 1) In addition, Millennials prioritize having a good neighborhood and a convenient commute to work. Our group at O’Neill Stetina focuses on utilizing the most innovative tools in the industry in order to reach all groups of people.
